The default keyboard shortcut for Browser Store Plus is: Windows: Ctrl+Shift+F macOS: ⌃⇧F However, if you would like to customise the keyboard shortcut, you can easily do so via your browser settings. This can also prevent overlap between the Chrome and Edge versions. Google Chrome: Go to chrome://extensions/shortcuts and locate Browser Store Plus for Chrome and tap the pencil icon. Perform your desired keyboard shortcut to set it. Microsoft Edge: Go to edge://extensions/shortcuts and locate Browser Store Plus and tap the text field. Perform your desired keyboard shortcut to set. Mozilla Firefox: Go to about:addons, tap the cog, and select Manage Extension Shortcuts. Other browser: Check your browser's help centre.

For now, Chrome Web Store for Edge is only capable of searching Microsoft Edge Addons. If you'd like to search the Chrome Web Store, simply download Browser Store Plus for Chrome here.

If your browser doesn't support Manifest v3, you won't be able to use Browser Store Plus v2.0 or later (v2.1 or later for Firefox). UPDATE YOUR BROWSER The first step is to check if your browser can update to a version in which Manifest v3 is supported. Check your browser's help centre to learn how to update your browser. Manifest v3 requires v88 or later of Google Chrome or any Chromium-based browser, and v109 or later of Mozilla Firefox. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO UPDATE YOUR BROWSER TO A SUPPORTED VERSION If you already have Browser Store Plus installed in your browser, that's great! It just won't update to a version that uses Manifest v3. If you don't, older versions may still be available for download. Mozilla Firefox: Older versions are publicly archived. v2.0 and below are available for download here. Opera: Browser Store Plus for Opera was discontinued at v1.1. It is still available, however, in Opera Beta and Developer here.

Browser Store Plus v2.0+ is programmed with Manifest v3. NOTE: Browser Store Plus for Firefox did not implement Manifest v3 until v2.1. Manifest v3 is supported on the following browser versions: Google Chrome 88 and later Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based) 88 and later Mozilla Firefox 109 and later (Browser Store Plus v2.1+)

Most browsers, like Brave, Opera, and Vivaldi, are based on the Chromium engine. If your browser supports installing extensions from the Chrome Web Store, install Browser Store Plus for Chrome. Unfortunately, Browser Store Plus for Opera to search Opera Add-ons is no longer in service. You can still install Browser Store Plus for Chrome to search the Chrome Web Store if you're using Opera.
